Bishop Ezeokafor Visits St Paul's Parish, ObeleduIt was a jubilation and celebration galore like no other at St Paul's Catholic Parish, Obeledu in Anaocha Local Government Area, Anambra State, on 19th May, as the Bishop, Catholic DioceseBishop Paulinus Ezeokafor Ezeokafor embarked on episcopal visit to the parish. Speaking during the homily, the Bishop called attention to the need to appropriate the gifts of the Holy Spirit which has been received today, the day of Pentecost and birthday of the Church. These gifts according to the bishop prepares one for eternal life, especially by living out the Christian calling. AWKA DIOCESAN CMO FATHERS VISITS PRIESTS AT THE WELFARE HOMEStill in the spirit of the celebration of the Fathers Sunday, some representatives of the members of Awka Diocesan Catholic Men Organization, CMO today, 14th May, 2024 visited the priests residing the Priests Welfare Home, Awka. Speaking during the visit, the President of the Association, Mr. Joseph Onuegbu, before handing over their gifts to the priests said that they came to celebrate the priests' commitment and contributions to the Church and the society and to assure them that their services to God's people has not been forgotten.
